Study and exchange to promote improvement, seek a new chapter of development

Recently, Li Sheng, chairman of the General Union of Yangjian Town, Xishan District, led a group of union presidents of pilot enterprises and preparatory pilot enterprises in the district to carry out learning and exchange activities for the reform of the industrial workforce in the new era at ITP Co.,Ltd and Wuxi Toly Electric Works Co.,Ltd.

Study tours

The study group visited the "Staff Home" and "Red Pomegranate Home" of ITP Co.,Ltd, where they visited the exclusive area of learning, fitness and living services built by the enterprise for the workers, and had a comprehensive understanding of the ITP's promotion of the reform of the industrial workforce.

In Toly Electric, the study group went into the enterprise workshop, Zhang Hao's skill master studio and Xu Wanjin's innovation studio to learn more about the work carried out by the enterprise's production reform.

Discussions and exchanges

In the subsequent symposium, the relevant person in charge of Toly Electric introduced in detail the "five unified and five powerful" party building work method, the connotation of "five strong" model pacesetters, the strengthening of the organization and individual benchmarking management, the "Dandelion Plan" and the skills competition.
