Construction technology of concrete anchor rod for dam water stop curtain cover

1.Construction preparation: the stratum is volcanic debris rock, the drilling rig uses HDL-200C top drive drilling rig, and the water pump sends water to discharge slag.

2.Measurement and layout: determine the hole position according to the design coordinates and report to the supervisor for verification and confirmation.

3.Drilling: align the drilling machine with the hole position, adjust the mast vertically, connect the 73 impact drill rod 102 impact drill bit, open the top impact water discharge drilling machine, drill to the hole depth and clear the hole, then pull out the drill rod.

4.Installation of anchor rods: use the hoist crane of the drilling machine to lift the anchor rods made into the hole, exposing 0.35m, and pour cement mortar.
