1.The collapse hole

8、The back cover fails

11、Close to the top of the pile concrete irrigation

        When concrete pouring to close to the pile top, if the pile top position is close to the surface, height difference is not enough or concrete tank car interval time is too long, prone to concrete irrigation phenomenon, this should give up tank chute on the small hopper, using the bottom cover with big hopper, calculate the amount of concrete, with crane slowly improve hopper, increase the height difference of the perfusion pipe at the same time to reduce the buried depth, perfusion can be completed.

 

12、Broken pile

        When the broken pile occurs, find out the position of the broken pile. If the distance is within 10 meters from the surface and the surrounding terrain has the excavation conditions, the pile can be excavated to the broken pile, and the floating slurry can be removed with the rough wood mold with a diameter greater than the pile diameter, and the pile can be connected to the design pile top. If the deep broken pile occurs, only the original pile position can be backfilled with the clay, the hole position is stable and the impact drilling, the broken pile is broken, and the broken bar can be broken with large magnets and reused.
