        The hot steel sheet piles in China, whether hot rolled AZ type or cold bent U type, are sought after in the market. Here are six applications that you might use in construction projects.

1、Temporary shallow foundation excavation operation

        Temporary shallow excavation of foundation operations and road projects. Usually steel piles 3 and 4 with latnormally keep the excavation dry and the environment unaffected. The length of steel sheet piles varies from 6 meters to 15 meters, and excavators often use vibrators to hit. Whenever you see an excavator working nearby, you are bound to see a steel sheet pile being used!

2、Waterproof cofferdam in the river channel

3、Deep foundations of mud and water barriers need to be avoided

       Sometimes steel sheet piles are used with protective cylinder piles to achieve greater lateral bearing capacity. These applications require AZ steel sheet piles with a length of 24-36 m. For the excavation depth of 20 meters, these wide steel plate piles are very economical and can provide a large lateral bearing capacity. Medium size 815C or larger 1412C are often selected to complete these environmental construction projects.

4、AZ type steel plate pile bay wall

       AZ type steel plate piles are also commonly used as permanent bay walls. These harsh working conditions require the selection of high grade steel. Special coating can be made on the steel sheet piles that are most severely corroded by seawater and wind. Due to the large length and weight of steel plate piles for this kind of wall, it is recommended to choose large vibration hammer, such as 82 NF or 1412C, often equipped with NL impact hammer to complete the last few meters of pile sinking.

 5、Build an underground urban comprehensive pipe corridor

       The excavation of the construction of underground urban comprehensive pipe gallery is protected by steel sheet pile wall. The non-free hydraulic hammer allows you to work next to the existing building, without disturbing the noise and damaging the building due to low frequency vibration.

6、Permanent load support structure

7、Concrete slab pile

Concrete pile of standard strength can be hit with hydraulic vibrating hammer, while the thinner concrete plate pile is easy to be damaged by resonance, and must be used with resonance-free hydraulic hammer.
