Construction parameters

2、Pulp pressure of 40 mpa;

4、Lift speed of 5 cm / minute;

5、Pressure: 1.2 mpa;

6、4.0 double nozzle

Construction process of lead hole

1、The hole drawing drill is in place to install 219 casing opposite holes;

2、The hole drill begins to drill;

3、After drilling for 65 meters, lower the PVC tube, and finally remove the casing

Spinning construction process

1、Rotary jet drill in place 114 drill rod, drill hole;

2、Open the background water and gas, test the drilling tool and the background pressure (air pressure 1.2MPa, water pressure 40MPa);

3、Start drilling, wrap the drill nozzle with tape before drilling to prevent the nozzle in the drilling process;

4、Start rotation: speed 2 rpm, lifting speed 5 cm / min; (rotary section: 65 m-55 m, 45 m-35 m)

5、After the rotary injection, rinse the drilling tool with clean water; 6. Complete the rotary injection, remove the drilling tool and move the machine to the next hole position
