Construction technology

 

Configuration: one SJL-120 drilling rig, one geological drilling rig, one 230 high pressure pump, one 90E high pressure pump, one 13 cubic air compressor, using nozzle 2.8

 

1、Determine the position of each pile as required.

 

2、The drill installed 250 drill hole, pay attention to the footage speed to prevent deflection, hit the required depth, inject a certain amount of bentonite to prevent hole collapse.

 

3、After the SJL-120 drill alls the drill (clamclamp), align the hole position according to the requirements, adjust the verticality, and support the legs.

 

 

 

 

4、Test and check whether the display and data recording of high pressure pump, air compressor, nozzle, flow meter, pressure sensor, background data transmitting terminal and drilling rig receiving module are normal.

 

5、Seal the main slurry nozzle and the cutting water nozzle with transparent tape, connect the drill pipe in turn (pay special attention to: check the sealing ring when connecting the drill pipe), and finally install the shunt.

 

6、Open the air compressor and high pressure pump, cut water pressure 35 Mpa, slurry pressure 40 Mpa, pressure 0.8 Mpa, 90 swing swing speed 3 r/min, step stroke 25mm / min, pay attention to the swing pressure change and slurry situation, remove the drill pipe should be cleaned in time to prevent hole plugging.
