Construction techniques

Construction of pebble layer mud retaining wall single drill stem top drive percussion pilot hole

Matching: HDL-180D1 drilling rig and BW-250 mud pump

1、 Move the drilling rig to the hole position, adjust it to the vertical of the propulsion frame according to the horizontal ruler, and support the bottom on the ground;

2、 Install the drill pipe and drill bit;

3、 Prepare bentonite mud;

4、 Start the mud pump, slow rotation and feeding, observe the return of slurry at the hole, and observe the change of pressure of the mud pump for drilling;

5, encounter pebble layer open impact drilling, drilling into about 50 centimeters, lifting the slag, rotary wall protection into the hole, until the drill bit down no obstruction, continue to drill down;

6、 After drilling to the required hole depth, remove the drill pipe and move the machine for the next hole.
