One MXL-150D6 drilling rig, one XPB-90 EX high pressure pump (75 plunger), cement grade 425 tank

1、Level the site to ensure the smooth and reliable working face of the drilling rig, and determine the position of each pile according to the requirements;

2、Open the drill to the point, adjust the verticality of the drill, align the center of the pile, and support the leg;

3、Start the pressure of 8 ~ 10 Mpa, start the first turn, and drill at average speed;

4、Give the power head into the stroke, release the chuck oil cylinder, lift the power head to the stroke, the chuck clamp the drill rod again, in turn to meet the depth requirements;

5、Adjust the high pressure pump pressure to 28 Mpa, speed 18 r/min, lift 20cm / min to start spraying, and stop spraying about 1.5 m from the ground;

6、Move the machine to the next hole position, and repeat the above operation.
