Construction Technique

 

1、The rig is loaded with drill pipe and casing, the rig first adjusts the vertical to the hole point for the first time, and corrects the verticality again for the second time.

 

2、 the mast topped the ground, after two outriggers out.

 

3、open the wind, first give into the impactor breakage then rotary - into the footage - impactor breakage - slag discharge - impactor no work no feed - open the top drive impact, so repeatedly to achieve uniform feed.

 

 

4、Adding casing and drill pipe, it is necessary to ensure that there are no particles in the drill pipe before assembling the drill pipe, which must be turned tightly and the casing fillet can be turned tightly selectively and naturally.

 

5、During drilling, attention should always be paid to whether the impactor is working normally, slag discharge, change in air pressure of the air compressor, change in rotary pressure, change in feed pressure and speed, and selection of impact pressure, which parameters directly determine the efficiency and the size of drilling tool loss.

 

 

6、Drill to the rock, clear the hole and remove the drill pipe.

 

7、Down PVC pipe, pull casing, pull the first casing slow turn selective vibration to avoid PVC pipe brought out.

 

8、Receive and dismantle the legs and mast, move the machine to the next hole position.
