1、Install the first internal and outer pipe and drill bit in order and requirements, adjust the mast position of the drill rig, and pair with the hole;

2、Open the pump, slowly advance the footage, and observe the pressure change, the footage pressure should not be too large, adjust according to the actual demand;

3、Clip the drill pipe, reverse the power head and loosen the drill pipe.

4、When installing the drilling tool, put the drill pipe into the casing in advance, clamp the sleeve with the lower clamp, clip the drill pipe, move the double pipe to the mast, then rotate the drill pipe with the upper and lower threads, open the upper fixture, rotate the casing tightly, and start the pump rotary drilling. Open impact in the hard layer. Observe the rotary pressure, if the pressure is too large, it needs to be cleaned and discharged many times, if the slag discharge pressure can not fall down many times, it is necessary to observe whether the drill moves the deviation hole in the drilling process;

5、After drilling to the design depth, clear the hole, remove the drill pipe (when removing the drill pipe, the large arm can slide up to let the casing slide out of the hole plate with the upper and lower clamps), remove the anchor cable (if the anchor cable can not go down in the casing, pull the anchor cable with the power head and then down), and remove the casing after the anchor cable;

6、Move the machine to the next hole position, exit the position, and then start the anchor cable grouting.
