Construction technology

1、Arrange the site, dig the slurry pool, stir the slurry (water + bentonite) in the pool, lay the steel plate platform, and put the hole point.

2、The drilling rig is in place, install the drill tool, measure the first drill tool left and adjust to the vertical state, the mast falls to the platform and force.

3、Open the screw pump, turn + feed, uniform speed footage, the hole has reverse slurry, and pay attention to the pump pressure control in 3~5 kg, more than 5 kg must be promoted back and forth. If the footage is a little slow, you can immediately add the impact footage.

4、Carry out the casing male joint footage to the lower holder, close the pump, remove the joint, and install the drilling tool.

5、Install the drilling tool in turn, drill at a uniform speed to the required depth, (prepare the pipe to be lowered in advance) remove the drill pipe in the shortest time, and push the drill back 1 meter.
