Construction Technique

Top drive drilling rig pit anti-floating anchor construction process

Construction preparation: one HDL-180D1 top drive drilling rig, one 5.5 kW sewage pump, one 15 kW booster pump, one BW-150 slurry pump

1. drive the drilling rig to the hole position and adjust the drilling rig propulsion frame vertically with outriggers.

2. Drill the first casing into the mud layer first, and start the pump after connecting the drill pipe in the casing Flush the casing clean of mud and sand.

3. put the drill pipe into the casing in advance, install it together to the machine, tighten the drill pipe, loosen the upper clamp and then connect the casing, turn on the water pump and continue drilling.

4. When encountering hard layers such as pebbles, turn on the top impact function of the power head to drive double-tube impact drilling.

5. After drilling to the required hole depth, remove the drill pipe and put the anchor rod into the hole, then grout the pipe until the pure cement slurry returns from the casing mouth.

6. Remove the casing and move the machine to the next pile.
