Construction techniques
Background configuration: a 15 kw booster pump, a 5.5 kw sewage pump.
1、The rig moves the machine to the hole, installs the casing, adjusts the Angle by 45 degrees, supports the legs on the ground (strike the track and legs together), and alignment with the hole;
2、First turn a single casing to the inlet, then clamp the casing male joint with the lower holder, put the drill pipe into the casing, and drill with water. When the hard layer using impact drilling and hole washing, then double pipe drilling, pay attention to slag discharge and observe the water situation;
3、After the double pipe continuous operation to the rock layer (9 meters into the rock), and then the drill pipe to the required depth;
4、Remove the drill pipe, put the made anchor cable into the casing, grouting, and remove the casing;
5、Move the next hole position of the machine
