construction technology

1、Align the hole position, adjust the construction angle, and support the outrigger to the ground;

2、Install the casing and drill pipe to the machine, install the casing bit and the drill pipe bit, turn on the water pump, open the top drive impact handle, and drill into the sediment layer after opening the hole on the occluded cast-in-place pile；

3、The lower clamp clamps the casing and loosens it, and the drill pipe cleans the sediment in the casing up and down; the upper clamp clamps the drill pipe, and the power head is reversed to release the drill pipe;

4、Put the drill pipe into the casing in advance, connect the two pipes together with the power head, and start the water pump for rotary drilling;

5、After drilling to the designed hole depth, the drill pipe is pulled up and down in the casing for several times to flush out the sediment in the casing and clear the hole;

6、Put the finished anchor cable into the casing for the first grouting;

7、Remove and pull out the casing, and make up the grout during the process of dismantling and pulling out the casing; after the initial setting of the cement slurry, pressure grouting is carried out.
