Construction Notes:

The stratum structure is pure sand layer + granite. After the casing reaches the rock surface to seal the hole, the down-hole hammer is used to enter the rock. For hole hammer construction, in order to save time and reduce long-term top impact drilling into high-strength granite, 1m and 0.5m drilling tools are required for top drive double pipes

1.Adjust the machine to align the hole position;

2.Connect the casing, drill through the pure sand layer, and open the top drive to impact the rock to seal the hole after reaching the rock layer;

3.Connect the drill pipe and the DTH hammer to the required hole depth;

4.Remove the drill pipe;

5.Use the tower crane to lower the anchor rod;

6.Carry out the first grouting in the pipe, and stop the injection after the orifice completely returns to the cement slurry;

7.Remove the casing and move the machine to the next hole.
