02 Construction technology

1、The rig moves the machine to the hole position, adjusts the Angle, and supports the ground.

Try to land together with the tracks and legs.

2、Install 130 screw pipe and two-blade bit.

3、Start to punch the hole. The first two fast turn to push to the positive turn, fast to enter into the inside, the drilling process should pay attention to the pressure and slag discharge situation.

The principle of screw rod construction is to use the blade slag, to observe the slag and pressure.

4、hit to the required depth, start grouting, remove the drill pipe.

5、Put the made anchor cable into the hole.

6、First grouting in the hole, when the hole mouth is completely returned to the cement slurry, stop the grouting, and then conduct the second grouting after the initial condensation.
