Construction techniques

1、Attaching a drill pipe with an auger bit to the drill rig.

2、discarding the cork and gently hammering onto the auger bit.

3、aligning the hole, with the drill pipe vertical and the mast on the ground under force.

4、Drill pipe drilling at an even speed, on the way! Prohibit lifting and pulling.

5、Install the drill pipe joint, spray water (can not use oil lubrication), need to pay attention to the flat key to buckle and joint both sides in place, install the bolt.

6、Continue to drill at an even speed, hit the required depth and then lift 20 centimeters without rotation.

7、disconnect the power head joint and the drill pipe joint, move the power head sideways, turn down the prepared PVC pipe for well construction, install until the last PVC pipe is instantly put in to ensure that the discard cork is opened and the PVC pipe is passed through the drill pipe.

8、joint docking lifting and pulling the drill pipe 20 cm, then dismantling the joint, the second test, the PVC pipe was not brought out.

9、lifting and pulling the dismantled drill pipe.

10、move the machine, between the hole wall filled with 3 mm gravel, gravel reserved to the mouth of the hole about 500 mm, filled with bentonite to seal the hole.
