Background configuration: XPB-90B high-pressure pump, XPB-10 grouting pump, 6 cubic air compressor and cement slurry mixing tank, a gas storage tank   

1、The construction site is arranged and leveled, and the pile position is arranged and marked with wooden sticks according to the drawings;

2、After the drill is in place, adjust the verticality of the drill propulsion frame with a horizontal ruler. If there is high and low, adjust with legs;

3、Connect a drill pipe and drill bit, open the air compressor, high pressure pump and grouting pump for pressure test;

4、After the pressure test is completed, the drill pipe will be drilled to the required depth, and then the rotary spray operation. At this time, the data are: lifting speed 20cm / min, speed 15 r/min, high pressure 28 MPa, cement slurry pressure 2-3MPa, air pressure 0.7 MPa;

5、Pay attention to observe the slurry return situation, the drill machine after lifting and spraying a drill pipe to remove the drill pipe and clean, to prevent the cement slurry in the drill pipe hole solidification and blocking the drill pipe;

6、Stop spraying when lifting the last drill pipe, pull out the drill pipe, and move the machine to the next pile construction;

7、At noon and before work at night, clean the grouting pump, drill pipe and grouting pipe with clean water to prevent the stop time from plugging the pipe and drill pipe for too long.
