Construction techniques

1、Align the hole position, adjust the construction angle, and support the legs to the ground.

2、First put the first casing into the soil of the hole position.

3、Clamp the casing in the lower clamp, reverse the power head to remove the casing and put in the first drill pipe, start the pump to clean the casing debris slag; clamp the drill pipe in the upper clamp, reverse the power head to remove the drill pipe. 

4、put the drill pipe into the casing in advance, connect the double pipes together with the power head and start the pump to impact rotary drilling.

5、After drilling to the design hole depth, inject water mud inside the drill pipe to prevent the powder and sand at the bottom of the hole from gushing into the casing.

6、Place the finished anchor cable into the casing for intra-tube replenishment.

7、Demolish and pull out the casing, and make up the slurry again when the casing is half removed; wait for the cement slurry to set for the first time and then make pressure grouting.
