Construction techniques

Construction of triple pipe high pressure rotary pile

Configuration:SJW-60 overhead rotary drilling rig, XPB-90B high-pressure pump, XPB-10 grouting pump, air compressor and cement slurry mixing system

1、leveling the work site, digging a good mud trench and marking the pile position.

2、Positioning the drilling rig, and then adjusting the verticality of the drilling rig propulsion frame with a horizontal ruler.

3、Testing the operation of air compressor, high pressure pump and grouting pump, and conducting test spraying.

4、Drill the connected drill pipe quickly to the required depth and carry out the rotary spraying operation: lifting speed 15cm/min, rotating speed 15r/min, high pressure water pressure 35MPa, cement slurry pressure 1MPa, air pressure 0.7 MPa;.

Note: high-pressure rotary drilling rig lifting process does not require the removal of the drill pipe, pay attention to observe the return of slurry

5、lower the high-pressure water pump pressure when the drill bit is lifted to the hole position.

6、Pull out the drill pipe, grout pump to play water, clean the residual cement slurry, move the machine to the next pile construction
