Fighting the "epidemic" line, warm heartedly out

Recently, the domestic epidemic has shown multi-point distribution and local outbreaks, and the prevention and control situation is exceptionally serious and complicated. Under the call of the government, Anman Rig formed a team of 30 volunteers to actively prepare and stand by to defend the beautiful home, win the epidemic prevention and control battle, and assist the government in completing the epidemic prevention and control work to contribute to Anman's strength.

During the three rounds of nucleic acid testing at three sites in three days, all Anman volunteers, including standby staff, formed a team of 35 volunteers to serve nearly 7,000 people at the nucleic acid sampling site. They were spread all over the sampling site, responsible for reminding, guiding, verifying and maintaining order, calming the public and maintaining the order of the site, fully demonstrating the hard-working and high-quality Anman service.

On-site service style review

Grasp the first line of defense for epidemic prevention and control——

Verifying health codes and doorbell codes, taking body temperatures, and being responsible for each resident lined up for nucleic acid testing. The Anman volunteers took great pains to verify each resident's green code and take their temperature to make sure they were correct before queuing up. During the process, they patiently guided the residents who were not skilled in cell phone operation and repeatedly emphasized the importance of the "doorbell code" for future travel convenience.

Improvisation emphasizes the second level of guidance——

Repeated emphasis on maintaining a safe distance from the queue and guiding the sampling work in an orderly manner. In addition to the radio loudspeaker to remind, the corresponding distance there is a volunteer to help maintain order at the scene, "wear a good mask" "maintain a distance of more than one meter" "ready ID card, take in hand ""Advance in an orderly manner, watch the spot under your feet" ...... Anman volunteers rose early and stayed late to do their duty in different positions.

Should check the third wave of confirmation of the door——

To ensure that all residents in the area are checked for acid, Anman volunteers assisted the government in preparing for the operation in advance. During the "Operation Doorbell" in mid-March, Anman volunteers went door-to-door with the grid officers to register and check people, so that "no household was left out and no one was missed". On those days, the volunteers gathered at the village committee after work and started walking after a light meal, and their daily step count could reach 20,000-30,000.

Volunteer work is tiring and hard

This joint effort deepened the cooperation and communication among all departments, and gave each other an unspoken tacit understanding when they did not have much interaction. Organize pre-war training for volunteers——

After receiving the call from the government, Anman HR Department then organized weekly training for volunteers to ensure that all the strength of the company is brought into play in the volunteer work.

The key points of putting on and taking off protective clothing; gloves wearing, hand washing points; personal protection precautions; how to deal with the complaints of the public, and do a good job of de-escalation and explanation; basic etiquette training, etc.
